Vegan Caesar Salad



  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • ½ cup of naturSource Vegan Caesar Uncrouton™

Tofu Dressing

  • 300g silken soft tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp vegan anchovy paste*
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Vegan Sauce*
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Place lettuce in 4 bowls, add radishes and dressing. Sprinkle with naturSource Vegan Caesar Uncrouton™ and serve immediately.

*Most Worcestershire sauces contain anchovies, so they are not vegan. Sauces without anchovies can be found in specialty grocery stores. To turn this salad into a main course, add bacon-flavoured tempeh, smoked tofu or roasted chickpeas.
