Vegan Caesar Salad


2 hearts of romaine lettuce

4 radishes, sliced

½ cup of naturSource Vegan Caesar Uncrouton™

Tofu Dressing

300g silken soft tofu

1 clove of garlic

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp vegan anchovy paste*

2 tsp capers

1 tsp Worcestershire Vegan Sauce*

Pepper, to taste

1.  In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the dressing.

2.  Place lettuce in 4 bowls, add radishes and dressing. Sprinkle with naturSource Vegan Caesar Uncrouton™ and serve immediately.

*Most Worcestershire sauces contain anchovies, so they are not vegan. Sauces without anchovies can be found in specialty grocery stores. To turn this salad into a main course,add bacon-flavoured tempeh, smoked tofu or roasted chickpeas.
