Peach and Burrata Salad
- 4-5 cups arugula or your favourite greens
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 3 peaches
- 12-15 slices of pancetta

- 2 tbsp balsamic cream
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Cook pancetta in a pan until crispy and set aside.
- Slice peaches into thin pieces and set aside.
- Place arugula or greens on a large plate and spread out evenly, then top with peach slices.
- Break up burrata into small chunks and place over arugula.

- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Finish by drizzling with balsamic cream.
