Peach and Burrata Salad 


  • 4-5 cups arugula or your favourite greens
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 3 peaches
  • 12-15 slices of pancetta
  • 1/4 cup naturSource Organic Salad Topper Smart Life
  • 2 tbsp balsamic cream
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cook pancetta in a pan until crispy and set aside.
  2. Slice peaches into thin pieces and set aside.
  3. Place arugula or greens on a large plate and spread out evenly, then top with peach slices.
  4. Break up burrata into small chunks and place over arugula.
  5. Add crispy pancetta and sprinkle naturSource Organic Salad Topper on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Finish by drizzling with balsamic cream.
